Privacy policy

This policy covers tandemreports.com, the marketing site for Tandem Systems LLC. It does not cover the Tandem system itself; each client's agreement covers that.

What we collect

When you book a demo through the form, we collect the details you type in: your name, work email, phone number and number of lines. We use them to reply and set up the demo, and for nothing else.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the page, for example which sections are read and where visitors arrive from. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes IP addresses in anonymised form. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms and land in a Tandem inbox on Google Workspace. Analytics data is processed by Google. The site is hosted on Vercel.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for as long as the conversation is open and for up to two years after, so we can follow up if you asked us to. Ask at any time and we will delete what we hold.
